How long does it take to set up my store?

Is Pulss compliant with Indian pharmacy laws?
Yes. Pulss is built to comply with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1940, Schedule H/H1/X prescription requirements, pharmacist-license display rules, FSSAI for grocery, and DPDPA 2023 for data protection. All customer data is stored in India. A signed compliance overview is available on request.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Razorpay is built in, so every UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM), all major debit/credit cards, net-banking, popular wallets, and EMI are supported. You can also enable classic Cash on Delivery. Money lands in your bank account on T+1.
Does the app work offline or on slow internet?
Yes. Your store is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — customers install it on their phone like a native app, and it caches product pages for offline browsing. On slow 3G it still loads in under 3 seconds. No Play Store or App Store approval needed.
How does prescription verification work?
When a customer adds a Schedule H/H1/X medicine to cart, they're prompted to upload a photo or PDF of the prescription. Your registered pharmacist reviews it in the admin panel, approves or rejects with a note, and the order moves forward only after approval. Every step is logged with a timestamp for audit.
What kind of support do I get?
